A plastic surgeon in Florida has published a book to help children understand and cope when their mother has cosmetic surgery, reported the Daily Telegraph. Dr Michael Salzhauer's My Beautiful Mommy explains what will happen before and after the visit to hospital. The Times commented, 'It's about time this book came along. For years children have been very confused. Mummy used to look tired, fat and old. But then one day, she went away and when she came home she looked perpetually surprised. Now there's a picture book to explain it all.'
