An eight-year-old art lover empted his piggybank to help save a Turner masterpiece from being sold abroad, reported The Times. Matthew Hughes from Nottinghamshire donated 9.20 to the Tate Britain gallery to keep Turner's painting 'The Blue Rigi' in the UK, as part of the gallery's campaign to 'buy a brushstroke' for 5. A baby from Harlow, Essex, has set a new world record by walking on his own at just six months old. Stunned mother Connie Robinson was amazed when her son Reuben got up by himself and began tottering around the living room, said The Sun. 'I contacted the Guinness Book of Records, who said they didn't have a record for it but they hadn't heard of any babies learning to walk at a younger age. I couldn't believe it. He's so young,' said Connie.
