Nanny of the Year

Next week sees the naming of the third-ever Professional Nanny of the Year, when awards are presented by PANN at a gala dinner at the Professional Association of Teachers' annual conference in Oxford. The finalists have gone through a gruelling round of interviews and childcare practice observations, and now one will be handed on the crystal trophy from the previous ambassadors for nannying, Louise Kirk and Laura Chelmick. after being nominated by their employers and submitting a testimonial from them and a fellow childcare professional. A luxury prize is being donated by the Recruitment and Employment Confederation for the winner, along with the crystal trophy that has now been passed on from previous ambassadors for nannying, Louise Kirk and Laura Chelmick.
