Nord Anglia, which owns the UK's largest nursery group Leapfrog, has denied receiving an approach from investment company Principle Capital Partners seeking to buy the company. However, it admitted that it is 'seeking clarification of their intentions'. Principle Capital Partners recently said that it is 'considering all its options' relating to its more than 24 per cent holding in Nord Anglia, which could include an offer being made. Nord Anglia will announce its preliminary results for the year ended 31 August 2006 on 15 November.
