Help needed: I have two staff who don't always see eye to eye.

This morning they had an argument, when there was a parent of a newstarter on site. I'm thinking of a formal warning, but to which one orboth? - Taffygirl - staff arguments

It matters not what the circumstances surrounding the argument are, staff should not be arguing on the nursery floor at any time. We cannotalways see eye to eye, but disagreements should be kept in private, beit staff room or office. Irrespective of circumstances, both of themneed a formal warning - JoshuaJones - staff arguments

I worked in a day nursery where two members of staff were always causingarguments, in front of parents and children. Nothing was done and one isstill working there, as deputy manager! - Sugar & Spice - staffarguments
