Help needed: I have two staff who don't always see eye to eye.

This morning they had an argument, when there was a parent of a newstarter on site. I'm thinking of a formal warning, but to which one orboth? - Taffygirl - staff arguments

We cannotalways see eye to eye, but disagreements should be kept in private, beit staff room or office.
