Paperwork anyone?

I am a pre-school supervisor and I run a large group with approximately 74 children a week. On average we have 40 children each year that we have to complete paperwork for. Keyworkers keep records on their key children and are responsible for eight children each.

I would like to receive information from other childcare workers on how they complete the relevant paperwork in their settings. It is an issue constantly raised among my staff members. Before I discuss this with committee members I would like to gain an informed view of the average amount of paperwork carried out in other settings and who the responsibility for this tends to fall to.
