Reggio takes root

Further to the eight-page pull-out on the Reggio Approach (9 January), Nursery World readers may be interested to know that the spirit of Reggio is thriving in the south-west of England. Under the auspices of Early Education, the Hundred Languages of Children (South-West) is maintaining the momentum of the Hundred Languages of Children exhibition from the Reggio Emilia pre-schools that was displayed in Exeter in March and April 2000 as part of its UK tour. Each spring we hold a Saturday morning anniversary conference that comprises three or four local speakers who share their good practice, plus a keynote speaker.
