Register now for the Nursery World Show 2010

Registration for the Nursery World Show 2010 on 22-23 January at London's Business Design Centre is now open at www.nurseryworldshow.com.

This exhibition for the whole early years sector promises to be even bigger and better than our debut 2009 event.

Entry is free for visitors, and includes a large range of stands from equipment and resources suppliers, publishers, associations, training companies and colleges, and nursery groups. There will be free workshops and demonstrations throughout the two days, and a crèche so that visitors can leave their children to have fun while they try and buy.

A fantastic seminar programme features top speakers tackling all the major issues for the early years community, giving an ideal opportunity for some CPD during your day.

Many practitioners cite environment as an area where they would like to develop their knowledge, and we're delighted that Helen Tovey of Roehampton University will be talking about the importance of introducing risk and challenge into an enabling environment. Liz Cross of Surrey local authority will be looking at the hot topic of ECERS and ITERS environmental scales, while Mary Dickins will cover inclusive environments.

The National Strategies team will be offering guidance on Observation, Assessment and Planning, and other highlights include Maria Robinson on attachment, Tricia Carroll on bilingualism, Penny Tassoni on language development in babies and toddlers, Jennie Lindon on child behaviour, and Bernadette Duffy on creativity.

There's much more too - and all for £10 a seminar. Get your diaries out and book those dates!
