The Scottish Executive is inviting opinions on its proposal to replace the current system of funding for voluntary organisations offering services to children, young people and their families. The Executive proposes a single integrated funding stream to incorporate existing schemes, as part of a wider drive towards the reform of planning and delivery of children's services.
