Sausage and tomato stew

Ingredients 8 pork sausages, 1 tin chopped plum tomatoes, 1 tbsp tomato puree, 1 onion, 1 tbsp plain flour, 50g margarine, 1 chicken stock cube, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg

Serves Four people

Preparation time 35 minutes

Cooking time 30-40 minutes

T=together A=adult

A Prick the sausages and place under a grill at a high setting.

T Help children peel the onion.

A Finely chop the onion and place in an ovenproof casserole dish.

T Help children measure out 50g (2 tbsp) cooking margarine and place it in the casserole dish with the onion.
