Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care has set up a complaints procedure

The Scottish Commission for the Regulation of Care has set up a complaints procedure for those concerned about how services are provided or how the Care Commission is carrying out its responsibilities. Complaints can be made to any of the Care Commission's regional offices or to its headquarters in Dundee.A low-cost telephone number is available on 0845 603 0890 and the complaints procedure is on www.carecommission.com. The Commission has alsoset up a national advisory forum about the regulation and provision of care services. The forum will hold six public meetings in September and October.
