She should have two Tuff Spots (at opposite ends of the setting, of course!). One should be labelled North Pole for the polar bears and the other labelled South Pole for the penguins.
The rest of us will have to continue encouraging the children to use their imaginations while we give them the information about where the animals live - perhaps on our displays around the small world areas.
