World getting smaller

Call me pedantic, but it does upset me when I see incorrect small-world play scenes, as in the recent eight-page 'All About' pull-out (Nursery World, 4 May). A photograph shows children playing with models of both penguins and polar bears. But actually, polar bears live in the northern hemisphere and penguins live in the southern hemisphere - they are literally poles apart.

It would not be possible for both animals to be in the same snow together in nature. It's inaccurate and that bothers me. Sorry...
