- You recently celebrated ten years of working at Treetops Nurseries. What have you enjoyed most?
I have loved every minute of my ten years at Treetops and have some fantastic memories. Managing a nursery first made me realise that Treetops shares my passion in delivering 'ten out of ten' childcare.
- How has it been working with your colleagues?
As I have progressed in the company I have worked with some wonderful, dedicated people. I am now working with a team of experienced and highly qualified area managers, who share the same passion for the job and I feel I have the freedom to create the environment I believe provides the best outcomes for children.
- How would you describe your time at Treetops?
Throughout the ten years at Treetops I have nurtured the nurseries and seen them grow and develop to what I now believe is the best group in the industry.
