Why do you think you won the Treetops nursery team of the yearaward?
I believe it is down to our well-established and dedicated team whosupport each other both professionally and personally, and to individualefforts and the low turnover of staff. Some team members have been herefor ten years.
Tell us about the award and how you won?
There are a number of different categories for all Treetops nurseries.Nomination forms go out to parents and the community who fill outcomments about why that nursery should win. Ninety per cent of ournominations came from parents.
How have you celebrated winning?
Along with the award, which was presented to us in October by themanaging director, we also received 400 prize money to spend on astaff outing. A theatre trip and meal is planned in January for thewhole team.
