- What is your new role?

I've just started as the manager of a new children's centre in Epsom. Iqualified as a nursery nurse in 1998, so it's an amazing feeling to bemanaging a children's centre just ten years later. I can't wait untilthe building is finished in July!

- How are things going?

It's very exciting, but it's early days at the moment. I'm spending alot of time networking, meeting local professionals, finding out what isgoing on locally and consulting with the local community. I will also bebuilding up links with existing childcare providers, as the children'scentre will not be providing daycare.
