Most children will have seen balloon sculptures being made, but many will not have had the opportunity to have a go for themselves, so why not give them a chance?

Believe it or not, you don't have to be an expert to lead a balloon modelling session, and it's always a popular activity at our club. Most children will have seen balloon sculptures being made, but many will not have had the opportunity to have a go for themselves, so why not give them a chance?

You will need:

* Long modelling balloons

* A balloon pump (the type used for ordinary balloons is fine)

* Wobbly, self-adhesive eyes

* Stickers

* Paper

* Felt-tip pens

* Sticky tape

You can purchase special modelling balloons from companies that supply children's entertainers. Look under 'entertainers' in your local telephone directory to find them; otherwise you could try looking on the Internet.
