Strip for Shelter

Children and teachers are being invited by the homelessness charity Shelter to leave their ordinary clothes at home on 20 September and 'Strip for Shelter' - that is, to raise funds by wearing their favourite football team's shirt or colours for the day. Shelter hopes that the day will also raise awareness among children of the issues of homelessness and bad housing. To participate, contact Barbara Williams on 020 7505 2067, or to order a free Housemate teachers pack visit www.housemate.org.uk or call 0870 241 6084.
