United Nation's Children's Fund Day For Change 2002

Schools across the UK raised a total of 450,000 for the United Nation's Children's Fund Day For Change 2002. Children made a donation to UNICEF for the privilege of making a change for the day, such as wearing silly hats or not wearing school uniforms. The money raised will support the charity's education programmes for poor children in Brazil and Bangladesh. Day For a Change 2003 will raise money for children affected by decades of war in Cambodia and refugee children in Tanzania.
