The tenth anniversary of National Child Safety Week at the end of June was celebrated by health visitors and Angus Council's family support team with parties for babies and parents in Kirriemuir and in Forfar. The emphasis this year was on reins, which Fiona Johnston, manager of the family support team, recommends are always used for children under two. Information and a range of home safety equipment was on display at the parties.
