(Photograph) - Three-year-olds Jake Watson and Jacob Rushforth from Leicester delivered petitions to 10 Downing Street asking the prime minister to intervene in the dispute over their withdrawn free childcare places. Subsequently, leader of Leicester County Council Harry Barber said the Government had given it 587,000 to cover provision for three-year-olds and nursery places in the county would not be reduced.
