20 April - Easter Sunday'A Second Chance'(Channel 4, 8 to 9pm) This documentary focuses on three children labelled 'unteachable' who found a second chance at Kids Company, a groundbreaking charity project in Peckham that educates children other schools refuse to teach. Originally founded as an after-school club, Kids Company extended its remit when it became clear that the children needed more than just a place to play. Since this programme was made Kids Company has run out of money and faces imminent closure.

21 April - Easter Monday,'A Different World'(BBC Radio 4, 3.45 to 4pm each weekday)

This is a series of five 15-minute programmes exploring what it feels like to be deaf and whether deafness can enrich a life. Contributors include Dr Sharon Ridgeway, who is deaf and describes how she secretly hoped her child would be born deaf.
