Twins and triplets joined the Child Poverty Action Group's chief executive Kate Green

(Photograph) - Twins and triplets joined the Child Poverty Action Group's chief executive Kate Green in a demonstration at Parliament Square last week, protesting over lower amounts of child benefit being paid for a family's second and subsequent children. Currently parents receive 17.45 in benefit for the oldest twin or triplet and 11.40 for their siblings. One set of three-year-old twins later visited 11 Downing Street with Ms Green to hand in campaign cards addressed to Chancellor Gordon Brown. Photo Anna Gordon
