Founder Rachel Newson, who has been a qualified recruitment consultant for over five years, says, 'At Lollipop we ask our clients to provide an in-depth profile of their family before nannies attend an interview. We also ask for details of previous nannies and call them to ascertain what they both loved and hated about working for the family. Most families happily offer this information, as they know their previous employees will help attract a good nanny to the role.'
