Walk to School Week

(Photograph) - After starting the day with a healthy 'walker's breakfast', children from Pooh Corner Kindergarten, in the London borough of Kensington and Chelsea, were ready to take part in national Walk to School Week (23 to 27 May). Thousands of parents across the country left their cars at home and walked their children to school or nursery to support the annual event organised by Travelwise and Living Streets. For information see www.walktoschool.org.uk.
