We need more chances to win on fees

As a pre-school and a charity we believe we are here as a resource to the community around us - and that means being unable to charge a large amount for children attending the pre-school. I want to commend the news story 'High fees, low pay attacked' (6 February) for bringing a real problem to light. Here in Cornwall the wages aren't very high anyway and businesses are rarely able to meet the national wage average.
