We are obsessed with keeping our paperwork up to date, checking and re-checking it and collecting evidence of our work and the children's. We are thinking twice about taking the children out on trips and booking in visitors.
Myself and the deputy manager will not take any time off because we want to be here when our inspection does happen. We start work earlier and leave later each day to prepare, just in case Ofsted arrives the next day. It seems unfair that schools are informed of their inspection date and they have school holiday periods to take their holidays.
