A 20-year-old male nursery nurse has fitted in well, the children like him and he has great potential.

However, he is dating a 15-year-old girl. I outlined the dangers of this relationship and he assured me that they were just friends. He then arrived at work sporting a love bite. I gave him the warning I would give any staff member, as it is not acceptable. He obviously hasn't listened to me but I have no proof that it has or will go any further. What do I do?
