Laser Learning has launched a range of short online courses that offer professional development at Levels 2, 3 and 4. At Level 3 these include Observing Children, Partnerships with Parents, Managing Behaviour, Child Development and Inclusion. At Level 4 practitioners can access Health and Safety, Understanding Leadership and Management, and First Time Leadership.
All courses are accredited by CACHE and learners receive a certificate upon completion to supplement their continuing professional development file. Courses at Level 2 and 3 will count towards the recently introduced Certificate and Diploma for the Children and Young People's Workforce.
