The Brutalist Playground is a new commission by Turner Prize nominee Assemble and artist Simon Terrill, focusing on post-war design for urban play.
The installation explores the playgrounds designed after World War II in housing estates, which no longer exist and became unsuitable for play.
Features from playgrounds, such as Churchill Gardens in Pimlico, are recreated in reconstituted foam, while pictures of the old playgrounds are projected onto the walls.
The exhibition is open until August 16 at RIBA, London.
