The booklet, Ready, Steady, Go, is an eight-page practical guide aimed at developing children's brains through movement. It contains colourful pictures and step-by-step examples of how to use exercises to stimulate the under-threes' senses and help them become better learners. The booklet was developed by Pat Preedy and Celia O'Donovan, who have more than 25 years' experience in education and research.
