A credit-card sized CD-Rom is advising members of the teachers' union the NASUWT on tackling violence, abuse and harassment in schools. The guide includes advice on restraining disruptive pupils, and handling allegations of assault. Eamonn O'Kane, NASUWT general secretary, said, 'Pupils cannot learn and teachers cannot teach in circumstances where the unacceptable behaviour of the minority is not addressed.'
