Q. I know that I have the skills to deliver high quality early years care and education but I am becoming increasingly concerned about the competence of staff. The calibre of students coming out of college has fallen and other applicants are few and far between. The recruitment crisis is now so acute in my area that I am seriously considering downsizing. Can anyone suggest a solution?
