The Association of Nanny Agencies, launched at last year's Professional Nanny conference, appointed Suzanne Moore as its chair in April. Suzanne, who has run Premier Nannies for 15 years, says, 'We've already had lots of enquiries from agencies. We're setting up a code of practice that we want agencies to adhere to and aim to upgrade the professionalism of nanny agencies generally.'
