Gift Aid provides a great opportunity for your donors to increase the value of their donations to your charity. The value of individual gifts, large or small, can be increased by 28 per cent at no cost to the donor.

The charity gets back the tax paid by the donor on the amount of their gift. In addition, higher rate taxpayers can claim relief for the gifts they make under Gift Aid - worth 23 pence for every 1 donated - so they can afford to give even more.
