Encourage the children to plan and take responsibility for 'Bobby', a baby doll, on a trip or during a holiday spent at home. This activity offers opportunities for cross-curricular learning. Below are just a few key learning intentions.

Resources

Baby doll, doll's clothes and accessories (for example, feeding equipment, blankets), small suitcase or back pack, camera (disposable cameras can be bought cheaply), photographs and holiday brochures, letter to parents and carers (see back of the Nursery Topics poster).
