Bin the complaints

I have unfounded complaints that remain on my nursery's inspection report. Ofsted have refused to remove them, despite the fact that these complaints are affecting my nursery's sustainability.

Ofsted have refused to remove them, despite the fact that these complaints are affecting my nursery's sustainability.

I had an inspection in May 2006 with a 'good' outcome and so will not be re-inspected for three years. The bad sign in my shop window will remain until the next inspection.

I have asked Ofsted to re-inspect me sooner if that's what it takes to remove the complaints, but Ofsted refuses because my nursery had a good outcome. I can't win!

I would be grateful if providers who may be in the same position would e-mail me in the hope that collectively we may make a difference to this unfair and ridiculous policy.
