Childcare needs more snags

I love my job. I have a unique relationship with everyone involved in my setting because I am different. I'm a man.

I've never looked back since taking a job in childcare. I gain enjoyment and a sense of achievement from my work. Thankfully, there are increasingly more of us SNAGs (Sensitive New Age Guys) around who do not see childcare as 'women's work'. But unfortunately, there are still not enough men working in the childcare sector.

I change nappies, toilet-train, bottle feed and dance around like a loon. I have also built nursery furniture, done maintenance and created a nursery garden.
