Childminder Mandy Stephenson has won a weekend health spa break for two at Hoar Cross Hall, a stately home in Staffordshire, in the Nursery World/Lemsip Max Hard-working Hero competition (6 November). She was nominated by Helen Rowe of Ripon, North Yorkshire, who said, 'Mandy is a childminder who works selflessly with lots of children, providing wonderful experiences. She also runs a pre-school, helps at a Rainbows unit, is a carer for elderly people and is always there when the school PTA calls. She is recovering from a leg operation and she deserves a break.'
