Most day nurseries have effectively built the Children's Traffic Club in Scotland's pack for nurseries and playgroups into a wide range of activities, an evaluation of the effectiveness of road safety promotion in Scotland has found. Three-quarters of nurseries had received the pack and most were now using it. According to the assessment, the pack has had a significant effect in raising or reinforcing awareness of the Children's Traffic Club in Scotland among nursery groups, playgroup staff and parents.
