The National Day Nurseries Association has been awarded a 12-month contract to handle all media and marketing enquiries for the Children's Workforce Development Council, the body chaired by former education secretary Estelle Morris which has been established to make good the Government's commitment to workforce reform outlined in the green paper Every Child Matters.
