Ingredients: *Four small skinned chicken breasts *100g mushrooms finely chopped *50g onions (sliced) &200g puff pastry 3100g tomato puree *1 tblsp flour *1 egg (for egg wash) *salt and pepper to season

Children's age: All ages

Makes: 4 servings

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Cooking time: 20 minutes

T = together A = adult

A Heat some oil in a frying pan and gently cook the sliced onions until they become transparent.

A Add the chopped mushrooms to the onions and season with salt and pepper.

Set aside.

T Roll out the puff pastry on to a clean, floured work surface. Cut out round shapes using a side dish as a template, which must be twice as large as the chicken breast.
