From now until the Easter holidays, early years staff, practitioners, parents and carers can gain access to tailored resources designed by experts to get young children cooking, growing and eating food that’s good for the planet.

Sophia Koniarska, associate director at Food for Life (FFL), said, ‘We are keen to support early years staff to incorporate good food education from a young age. Never has it been more important for our younger generation to have an understanding of good food and where it comes from, embedding positive health habits and food enjoyment that will be with them for life.’

Food for Life strives to support nurseries in their good food and growing learning, encouraging positive food and health attitudes that last for life.
