A procession of pupils from Grassmarket Nursery School in Edinburgh took part in a sponsored walk in Princes Street Gardens last Friday in aid of Macmillan Cancer Relief. Headteacher Barbara Robertson paid tribute to the efforts of nursery nurses Anna Cameron and Elspeth Hill who co-ordinated it. She said, 'We are overwhelmed with how many walkers are taking part this year. Last May we raised almost 1,000 and we hope a similar amount will be raised this time.'
