Integrated centre degree is welcomed

Plans to allow headteachers of nursery schools to take qualifications that focus on leadership within integrated settings have been welcomed by the maintained nursery school sector. The DfES is consulting on plans to let nursery school heads work towards the new National Professional Qualification in Integrated Centre Leadership, in place of the National Professional Qualification for Headship, the current mandatory qualification for any new head.
