* A childminder with just five months' experience is celebrating after being given an 'outstanding' rating from Ofsted. Jackie Betts previously worked in Manchester as a pre-school supervisor, but decided to become a childminder after moving to Lincolnshire. Jackie thanked her support childminder, Pam Boyson, from the National Childminding Association, saying 'I couldn't have done it without the support of Pam.' Lincolnshire now has eight childminders rated outstanding by Ofsted inspectors.
