'Where do babies come from?'

and 'What makes a rainbow?' are the two difficult questions most oftenasked of parents by their children, according to a survey to launch theGovernment's 'Science: So What? So Everything' campaign website andreported in the Daily Telegraph. Other tricky questions include 'Why isthe sky blue?' and 'Where do bogeys come from?'

Scottish MPs have criticised a beauty parlour for children, saying itsexualises children as young as three, reported The Sun. The Tantrumsand Tiaras salon in Glasgow offers makeovers, fake tattoos and even aglass of alcohol-free champagne to its young clients. A host of parentshave already defied critics by taking their children for grown-upcosmetic treatments at the salon.
