A mother was fined 75 for littering after her four-year-olddaughter dropped a piece of sausage roll on the pavement, reported theMirror. Sarah Davies, 20, said, 'I crossed the road and was approachedby two men in tracksuit bottoms. One came up and said he was from thecouncil and I was to be fined for dropping litter. He said I would bearrested if I didn't give him my name and details, and started readingme my rights on the street.'
