A house from American company Lilliput Play Homes starts at 3,800, while a top-of-the-range Grand Victorian playhouse starts at 12,900.
The 'Blue Peter' pets are being replaced by gadgets in a bid to betterreflect interests of tech-savvy children and gain more viewers, said TheGuardian.
