Daisy Chain Nursery in York held a week-long celebration to mark anOutstanding rating from Ofsted. The inspector commented on the setting'sharmonious atmosphere and the staff's commitment to providinghigh-quality care.
Sensory Room Munchkins Nursery School in Carlisle has introduced a newsensory room, created by nursery staff using money awarded to them fromCumbria County Council. The room features UV lighting, a bubble tube, aplasma ball and a projector.

Staff at TLC Nursery at Nottingham University raised 596 forcystic fibrosis charities by washing parents' cars at the nursery's funday. Wet weather didn't dampen the spirits of nursery manager EmmaSampson and assistant manager Kerry Myles (pictured).
